I have been doing pretty good with my exercise & eating, that was until yesterday.
I decided to take one day off from exercising, with the exception of walking. I figured this way I wasn't overworking myself & that might help with my weight loss a little more. Then the boys wanted to go eat, so I took them to Stevi B's for all you can eat pizza. I ate about 5 slices, but was well within my calorie range. And then I had a chicken breast & some corn for dinner.
But today, I just don't feel like doing anything. I will be doing my exercises when the kids go to bed, so much easier. Today I just have very low energy & haven't accomplished anything today.
Oh yuck, I totally have days like that. I know I SHOULD work out and want to in theory, but just don't have any drive. It's times like those I wish I was rich enough to hire a personal trainer to kick my butt! ;)
