So I've been sick since Monday. It started out as sinuses, and progressed to an infection. I've been throwing up, running a fever, not being able to keep stuff down, you kinda of get the idea :)
And on top of this, I've been really emotional, and worried about the baby, so today I decide to call the dr, explained everything to the nurse, and was told to come in.
I get there, they have me pee in the cup, I go talk to the ob, she decides to give me a bag of fluids for dehydration. So as I sit there, I think I feel baby move, wasn't sure, all kinds of thoughts were going through my head. After I was done with the fluids, the ob comes in to listen to the baby, and nothing, she couldn't get the heartbeat, of course all those thoughts start to surface, after 10 agonizing minutes, she says the heck with it, and get the u/s machine! Right away, there was my STUBBORN baby, moving, playing, all that, with a precious little beating :heart I was so excited :) And my baby looked so cute!! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics :(
But all is well with baby & me, and I go back on Tue. I'm secretly hoping that they can't get the heartbeat right away, and I can get another u/s with a pic this time :)
