Sad News :(

Well, on July 9th I started spotting, so I called the dr & they told me to lay down & take it easy, so I did.

On July 10th, I called because I was still spotting, so they made me an appt for 1:30. I get there, pee in a cup & get taken to the room. In there they had the u/s machine setup & ready to go. I was so excited at this point because I had really wanted to see my bean.

So he turns it on, and starts looking around. Right away I could see the sac, but there was only a small speck in there, not what it should be for a 7 wk pg. So at this time I start to panic, and he tells me that he doesn't think it was a viable pg.

So we start talking about how I would rather have a healthy baby than one that had something wrong with it, and how I will be able to TTC again within a month or so. He orders a beta (hcg) blood draw.

I go have my blood drawn, and left. As soon as I got to the car I lost it, tears streaming, runny nose, you name it. Thankfully my dad was there to comfort me.

I have to go back in Sat the 12th for another blood draw to make sure that my numbers go down.

So now it seems that this will become my TTC journal until we are again expecting Blessing #5!
