Catching Up

I know it's been awhile since I posted a blog, I've been super busy and haven't had much time to think.

So since the last time I posted, lots has happened. Last time I posted we had lost our baby, had company & tons of other stuff. So now we are sort of back to normal, if there is such a thing.

The boys have been in school for over a month now, doing good, as good as I can expect I guess. William is in 5th grade, has had a few problems adjusting to the higher standards, but I know he will be fine in a few weeks.

Chandler is in 3rd grade & doing wonderful! He's got A's, B's & C's. He's really liking school this year. He has a male teacher that he really seems to like.

Steven is in Kindergarten. Not sure how his grades are, but haven't heard anything bad about him, so guess that's a good thing LOL

Robert is good, been busy trying to keep things running smoothly while I've been out of work. I love this man, without him I wouldn't be where I am in life. He is truly a wonderful human being, God knew what he was doing when he sent him to me.

I'm good, been trying to get my foot back to normal again. I started working for a friend of ours a month ago, and last week went back to the studio. I just finished the last of my re-training, so next week I'll start back in the studio on my own. Everything is different since I've been gone. They went to digital cameras & better pictures. So now instead of taking the pictures, selling them & sending the customer on their way, we have to take the pictures, enhance them using vignettes, borders, text, etc., in some way so as to make a new portrait. I think it's totally awesome, just haven't had to do it for a customer yet, so not sure how I will like doing it lol.

On the TTC front, we thought we were going to start trying again this month, but neither of us is really "in" to it this month, so maybe we will focus on it a little more next month. With everything else that's been going on, we just haven't thought about it. But when it's meant to happen, I know that God will give us the miracle we long for.
