I know many people that are bothered by turning 30, well I'm not one of them :) I don't see what the big deal is, yeah so my age went up, but it's seriously just a friggin' number!
My husband was so distraught last year when he turned 30, you'd think it was the end of the world. LOL Everyone has been making comments to me about being 30, why I don't care. I feel no different, I don't feel old, I don't feel like I can't do anything, I mean geez.
Maybe now that I'm 30, people will take me more seriously. I doubt it, but one can hope, right?
I always thought getting older did not bother me either, at 25 this Feb. it hit me harder than I ever thought. What really hit me hard was how old I would be if we had a baby this year when the baby started school! I will be 31 when this little one starts school. I remember when I wanted to be 30 when I had kids, now I wonder sometimes if I will have the energy for this one!! lol
