Since Thursday I've been having problems breathing & feeling light headed. Friday & yesterday were the worst. I was feeling fine Fri, started doing housework, got most of it done, then it hit. I get to where I can't breath, I get light headed, and am not getting enough oxygen to my brain.
I went into the dr's office Fri, BP was a little low, but still normal, nothing in urine, everything was fine. Did an NST baby was not reactive as much as they wanted him to be, so they sent me to L&D. I get there, they hook him up, draw blood, start an IV, give me fluids & orders an U/S. My OB which I love is the one that was there that night, she comes in tells me that Zackary is fine, he was reactive the moment they put me on the monitor, that I was a little dehydrated, and that he might be running out of room. My blood sugar level was okay, and she also tested my anemia levels, she said their cut off is 36 & mine was 35.9, which was better than they like to see for a non pg woman, so that's good :) She cancels the u/s, and sends me home.
Well, with my last 3 pg's I have been this same weight, babies have all been about the same size, and never had this problem. Yesterday was actually worse, but I didn't bother to go in cause Zackary was fine. Whatever is going on with me, it puts no stress on him. I went to a friend's baby shower right after work, and it took 45 min for me to be able to breathe & keep up to mingle with everyone :(
